Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship order the same day if placed before 1pm. If you place your order after 1pm we will ship it the following day (except weekends). If an item has gone out of stock or there is any kind of issue we will contact you within 24 hours of purchase and resolve any resulting issue immediately. We are available via mail and phone and are committed to a very high level of customer service.
Which courier companies do you use?
We only use couriers that provide tracking such as Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx. When shipping worldwide we usually will seek the most suitable service depending on the destination country
What countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide via a number of couriers. Due to distance, delivery times may vary however generally the following table is correct:
• United Kingdom (1 to 2 working days based on courier selection)
• Rest of the World (5 to 7 working days)
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
If you are within the United Kingdom or the European Union customs and import charges do not apply. However if you are outside the European Union you maybe liable for customs and import charger. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges and may be unavoidable.
As we have no control over these charges we are not responsible for paying them and unfortunately would not be able to tell you how much the cost may be. If you need to find out these costs you should contact your local customs office who should be able help you.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Danger Equipment Ltd evaluates each refund claim on its individual merit. Please contact Danger Equipment Ltd if you are unhappy with your purchase. Company policy dictates that your return package should be delivered back to Danger Equipment Ltd within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. All returned items should:
(a) Be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.
(b) The item has to be in a saleable condition and the packaging intact.
(c) The item will be subjected to inspection before any refund request is granted.
(d) Upon lodging a refund request, Danger Equipment Ltd will present you with an authorization number, or RMA. Please attach this number to the package, or the refund request will be refused.
(e) Be shipped by a company that offers tracking facilities, and require the recipient to sign upon delivery. If nobody signed to accept receipt, it becomes difficult to determine if a package really arrived, and as such Danger Equipment Ltd cannot accept any liability for lost packages.
In the event that any customer returns any item(s) to Danger Equipment Ltd without adhering to these guidelines, Danger Equipment Ltd reserves the right to refuse delivery acceptance or to deny crediting the customer.
Note: Any refund request has to be submitted in writing. Due to the fact that different departments are involved, processing of refund requests can take up to 28 calendar days.
